Cyberworkplace takes privacy seriously. This Privacy Statement contains information about the processing of personal data by Cyberworkplace, either directly or indirectly, and how we will use it. The terms ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’, are all intended to reference Cyberworkplace.

Photos and videos of students/visitors of Cyberworkplace and its social and open events can be taken and published by Cyberworkplace, as long as the purpose of publishing them is to disseminate information about our activities. Cyberworkplace uses personal data for various purposes that are described below:

  • To contact and inform our students, volunteers and visitors about activities, news, and updates on our services
  • To maintain and provide our services
  • To provide customer care and support to our students, volunteers and visitors
  • Registration of participants and visitors of events
  • The photos/videos may be used in both printed and digital form, in various channels where Cyberworkplace disseminates information about its activities

Cyberworkplace will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
