On February 22, 2021, after a thorough selection process, Maurits van den Heuvel has been appointed a board member of Cyberworkplace. Van den Heuvel is a co-founder of Red Angle, a cybersecurity consulting firm. He has extensive experience in security and risk management and specializes in identity management. He is result-oriented, pragmatic, and highly motivated to help young people immerse themselves in the world of cybersecurity.
At Cyberworkplace, he will be engaged with project development and implementation with a focus on the region. His vast experience in project management and connection with Rotterdam will allow him to accomplish high results for Cyberworkplace.
“It feels great to accept the challenge to increase the impact of Cyberworkplace on young people so they will get new (career) perspective(s).”, said Van den Heuvel.
Currently, Cyberworkplace consists of four board members, namely, Mira Golsteyn (chairwoman), Theo Sinnema (secretary), Else Maria van der Meulen (treasurer), and Maurits van den Heuvel (projects).
